[課堂心得]3/30讀者服務研討-書目療法(2)

如果真的有這麼薄的書還挺瞎的,不過我想我還是會想翻書XDD
今天是輪到同學報告書目療法的日子,因此就不囉唆直接來吧!

前兩組是補上上週還沒報告的讀者諮詢顧問服務(RAS)喔!
第一組

  • 建議而非推薦:RAS的服務是客觀而非主觀(不能給予讀者壓力),僅是提供一個可能性
  • 小說RAS:公共圖書館中的小說館藏高過一半(很可觀)
  • 老人RAS的族群:退伍軍人(較為頑固)、沈默型(需要主動)、嬰兒型(較為不理性,需要多加溝通)

RAS的部分到此告一段落,老師由RAS的起點幫大家提示
就是公共圖書館的「小說」!因為傳統圖書分類沒有處理這部分,因此小說都聚集一堂
故目前為止的RAS,在小說的部分,工具發展的最齊全與完備!
而目前也主要偏重要非小說與視聽資料!
因此許多的工具都已經存在,不需要館員對該書很瞭解才能進行RAS
就像是百視達的店員,當然不可能看過每一部片子一樣,因此圖書館絕對做得到
